Self Care 2024-09-11

Following the workshop I was feeling really energised.

Looking at the other objects in the dream gave a new experience to the whole thing.

Others were jealous of each other and me.

I did not control the wind but rode it.

I remember the exhilaration and the freedom - AMAZING.

The feeling of the warm storm wind on my whole body got every sense tingling. And the wind tells of the storm to come.
