Explored dream about my brother and my dad.
Explained to Laura that about half of my dreams include my dad at the moment. She said that that was a lot!!!
Feeling a real release after physically and psychically letting go of my dad.
He can rot in the hell of his own making. (Probably helped that I was listening to Old Harry’s Game tonight).
