The Presentations
One of our colleagues noticed that all the women had brought visual things for the presentations. That was not strictly true - one woman had done a presentation from a digital device (being cared for by a polar bear), and one man had brought a candle.
At the end, I was gifted the butterfly. I appreciated this as I had been thinking about how many butterfly wings have a pretty side and a dull side. A butterfly needs both sides of its wing in order to fly. It felt to me that our ending process groups were a lot about accepting each other as we are, rather than as we would like them and ourselves to be.
