As part of setting up ATS I set myself the task of seeing how much of a profit/loss I was likely to make.
This spreadsheet takes into account number of clients, supervision costs, supervision ratio and a host of other important costs. It then gives a number of clients that the trainee therapist will need to see in order to break even.
Many colleagues found this useful, so it was also put on the WPI website.
